Description
I'm running RetroArch on Windows 7, and have no mouse cursor visible in "ozone" GUI when d3d11 or 10 driver selected. Mouse work itself though.

Research direction
Reproduce the issue on Windows 7 with the ozone GUI and each of the d3d10 and d3d11 drivers, confirming that mouse input works while the cursor is invisible. Trace the frontend rendering path used by those drivers and compare it with a configuration where the cursor is visible. Done means the cursor renders in ozone for both drivers without breaking mouse interaction.
