Description

This is a great simulator, but some settings are too cumbersome, many settings are useless and even difficult to use, which is unfriendly to ordinary people. [shaders_glsl] and [gamepad] should be put together to make skin more convenient and attractive. The skin producer can define the transparency, and load the corresponding skin according to the game [systemname] by default. Screen display no longer provides transparency setting [gamepad] is always displayed, etc. Display effects should be added to the video settings.

Research direction

Start by inspecting the [shaders_glsl] and [gamepad] settings areas and the video settings mentioned in the issue. Clarify how skins should define transparency, how systemname selects a default skin, and whether gamepad display is always enabled; done would require agreed behavior for these settings and their display effects.
