libretro / libretro/RetroArch

Hello again guys, here again to report a serious error. I have noticed that on 32-bit windows nvda does not work when accessibility is enabled. It uses the default windows narrator. However, in versions of 64 it is working normally. I already tested it in several versions of 32 and the same error and in several computers too

Research direction

The issue names no source files, tests, RetroArch version, or reproducible steps beyond 32-bit Windows with accessibility enabled. Start by reproducing the behavior on the reported 32-bit and 64-bit environments, then trace the accessibility and Windows startup paths; done means RetroArch uses the expected accessibility behavior on 32-bit Windows without regressing 64-bit support.
