Description

In Android 10 it's possible to make an app automatically apply a light or dark theme depending on the system wide setting. It'd be nice if Retroarch had an option to let you set a preferred UI theme for light and dark modes, and then automatically applied either of them depending on the system setting.

Research direction

Start with the Android 10 dark theme documentation linked in the issue, then inspect RetroArch's Android UI theme settings and entry points. Done means users can choose preferred light and dark themes and the app automatically applies the appropriate choice according to the system setting.
