Description

Having Vulkan enabled and toggling vsync off while using a 120hz display crashes RA when you change the menu icon theme

Expected behavior

To change the icons theme

Actual behavior

Crashes retroarch

Steps to reproduce the bug
  1. Enable the Vulkan driver
  2. turn vsync OFF
  3. change the icon theme

No idea when it may have started to be an issue as I recently turned vsync off
