Description

as the title says ... of course, in tv mode this does not happen, if you change the api to software mode the stutering does not appear ... this problem has enough time already ... I do not know if someone else has already reported it but don't lease it

Research direction

Start by reproducing the stutter on a Nintendo Switch in portable mode with the Snes9x core and GL API. Compare the same workload in TV mode and software mode, then identify the rendering path involved. Done means the portable GL mode no longer stutters and the other reported modes remain unaffected.
