Here Lubuntu 24.04.3 kernel 6.14.
RetroArch 1.22.2 2c16033 2027-07-01
freeintv version 2018.1.5 are having twisted sound with all sounds having high pitch. Not happen in RetroArch 1.22.2 2a23fac 2027-06-21.
