Description
Repro:
- Add the noise control widget to the home screen. The Off button is hidden as expected (Off Listening Mode disabled by default).
- Open Settings, enable Off Listening Mode. The Off button now appears in the widget.
- Disable Off Listening Mode again. The Off button stays visible in the widget, no matter how often the toggle is flipped after that.
Expected: Off button visibility tracks the current Off Listening Mode state.
