Description
I build android app from source and installed in Oxygen OS 16 - this OS doesnor require root (as mentioned in the Installation guide for android).
Initial use of the app is great, after few days when I restart the device after software updates - librepods started behaving differently - unable to detect the saved airpods - apps tell - null error
Solution - on clearing full app storage from app settings does the job but alone cache clear didn't work out !
Thanks !

Research direction
Start by reproducing the issue on Oxygen OS 16 after a device restart or software update, comparing cache clearing with clearing full app storage. Trace the AirPods detection flow that produces the reported null error and verify that saved AirPods are detected again without requiring full storage removal.
