_archive/: archived resources still has the archived Interfaces links instead of new js-interfaces links

Description
Due to the old interface repository (eg: https://github.com/libp2p/interface-peer-routing) has been archived and moved to https://github.com/libp2p/js-libp2p-interfaces.
Meanwhile the specs still keeps the old repository link. (see more in photo below)
I think this problem should be fixed.
