Description

Add a systemd service example for the rust-client analogous to the one for the go client.

Contrary to what I said in the rust-libp2p open maintainer call (libp2p/rust-libp2p#3146) I don't think I will get to this in the next days. @mxinden given that you are currently setting up your PIs with clients, would you mind updating the README with this?

Research direction

Open the README and find the existing systemd service example for the Go client. Add an analogous example for rust-client, checking that it reflects the way the client is set up; done means the README documents a usable systemd service configuration for rust-client.
