Description

Research direction

Start by reviewing the configuration-file implementation referenced in libp2p/go-libp2p-daemon#93 and then inspect the js-libp2p-daemon entry points. Define the supported config-file format and how the daemon loads it; done means the daemon can be configured through a file and the behavior is covered by tests.
