Description
I am very excited to see a C# implementation of libp2p, however there seems to be only a few repositories prefixed cs-libp2p-.
I would like to know:
- Is there a central repository for
cs-libp2p? - What components are yet to be ported to C#?
- Is there a roadmap for
cs-libp2p? for example what are the priorities. - How far is the C# implementation from reaching parity with
go-libp2porjs-libp2p?
Plus, how can I help if I am experienced in C# but new to IPFS/libp2p?

Research direction
No files or tests are named. This issue needs a project-status response covering the central repository, ported components, roadmap, parity with go-libp2p and js-libp2p, and how C# contributors can help.
