Description
Change to use Nebula instead of Kademlia exporter for IPFS nodes
Other metric ideas:
Number of implementations in the interop testing suite
Number of interop assertions made last month
Pass rate of interop last month
Performance benchmark metrics when we have them
Number of security incidents mitigated
Expansion on the number of libp2p networks we’re tracking
