Research direction
Start by reading libgit2's git_cred_ssh_key_memory_new API and tracing how Rugged currently exposes SSH credentials. Define the Ruby-facing object around the in-memory key inputs and verify that it delegates to the libgit2 credential API; the issue provides no specific file or test to begin with.
