Description
It would be nice if, given an index, it was possible to efficiently enumerate entries with a given prefix. For example, could be a new API:
index.each('blah/') would give all entries starting with blah/

Research direction
Start by reading the libgit2 git_index_find_prefix entry point and the existing Ruby index API. Implement the proposed index.each('blah/') behavior so it enumerates entries with the requested prefix, then verify that the resulting API returns all matching entries and excludes others.
