Description

Hi,

I'm looking for a good example of this feature in git:
https://git-scm.com/docs/git-tag#Documentation/git-tag.txt---points-atltobjectgt

Where given, say like a branch name:
origin/test_branch1

Return all tagged versions of commits along that branch.

Research direction

Start with the linked git-tag --points-at documentation and review the issue's requested branch-based example. Determine where pygit2 documents this feature, then add a clear example showing how to return tagged versions along a branch and verify that the documented command or API behavior matches.
