add to Native methods:
git_cred_ssh_key_new and wrap it
or open GitCredentialHandler in Credentials class:
public abstract class Credentials
{
protected internal abstract int GitCredentialHandler(out IntPtr cred);
}
remove internal and any can p/invoke selfmade
