Description
packr works great and I've been working for a tool like this for a week, though it's annoying that I need to delete the out folder each time.

Research direction
No file or test is named. Start by finding packr's option parsing and output-directory handling, then trace how packaging creates the out folder. Done means an explicit option removes an existing out folder before packaging while the default behavior remains unchanged.
