Description
Original issue: https://gitlab.com/lfortran/lfortran/-/issues/33
I am leaning to do -O0 by default, just like gcc/clang, to be compatible. And -Ofast will enable all optimizations including -ffast-math.

Research direction
Start by reading the linked original issue and tracing how LFortran currently handles compiler options. Define the expected behavior for -O0, -O3, -ffast-math, and -Ofast, including the proposed -O0 default and the relationship between -Ofast and -ffast-math. Done means these options are accepted and their optimization behavior is covered by appropriate tests.
