Description

Scan table content is saved in the memory and we did not have a way to query it solely. A workaround is to create a rule to join it.

What would you like to be added/modified:
Add a API/tool to query scan table.

Why is this needed:
Easier to debug rule with scan table.

Research direction

No file, test, or entry point is named. Start by locating the scan-table memory and the existing rule-join path, then define the API or tool's query behavior for debugging rules. Done means scan-table contents can be queried directly without creating a join rule, with coverage for the chosen interface.
