Description
One issue I see currently is that there's no way to extend the current Fetch-implementation.
E.g. it'd be nice for consumers to extend with custom functionality:
module Body: {
...
let toJSON = ... => ...
}

Research direction
The issue names no file, test, or entry point, so first map the Fetch implementation and its Body module. Clarify the intended extension mechanism with maintainers; done means consumers can add custom functionality such as Body.toJSON without modifying the core implementation.
