Description
With this LESS fragment:
.tip {
font-size: 1em;
line-height: 1.2em:
margin: 20px 0px 30px 0px;
}
the "line-height" value ends with a ":" instead of ";" and the parser should report an error. It does not.

Research direction
Reproduce the parser behavior with the LESS fragment in the issue, then trace the parser entry point that handles the malformed line-height declaration. Add a regression test showing that the trailing colon is rejected; done means the fragment reports a parse error instead of being accepted.
