Description

Note: I updated the less NPM organization to require everyone to have 2FA authentication in order to publish. It auto-removed users from less who do not have 2FA (which wasn't my intent), but if you wish to be re-instated, please enable 2FA and let me know.

Research direction

The issue names no repository file, test, or entry point; it records an NPM organization policy change and the removal of accounts without 2FA. Confirm the current publishing-access status with the Less maintainers, and treat the work as done only when any requested account reinstatement is confirmed.
