Research direction
Start with the ProgressRing control and the CoverRingStroke and ProgressRingBackgroundThemeBrush references in the report, then reproduce the setter error on WPF-UI 3.0.0-preview.11. Clarify whether the intended result is a full or half ring; done when the agreed appearance is restored without the inaccessible-setter error.
