Description
Describe the bug
The Window has some white flickering when you resize it with the resize grip or maximizing it...
I had the same issue when I tried to create my own Taskbar, and I found out that you have to set the WindowChrome GlassFrameThickness to 0...
To Reproduce
Just works with the standard UiWindow and also on the Demo etc
Expected behavior
Just no flickering when resizing the Window

Research direction
Start by reproducing the issue with the standard UiWindow and Demo on Windows 10 using .NET 6 or 7, focusing on resizing with the grip and maximizing. Inspect the WindowChrome GlassFrameThickness setting mentioned in the report. Done means resizing and maximizing no longer produce white flickering.
