Research direction

Start by reproducing the TimePicker problem in the WPF UI Gallery or in a standalone project using WPF UI NuGet 4.3.0, .NET 10, Windows 10, and VS2026. Trace the TimePicker entry point and compare the control's behavior with the expected interaction; done means clicking it opens or activates the time-selection interface.
