Research direction

First reproduce the issue with the WPF-UI test app on Windows 11 25H2 using .NET 8 and version 4.2.1. Search the repository for maximized-window and taskbar or autohide handling, then verify the fix by repeating the reported steps. Done means the taskbar appears when the pointer reaches the bottom edge while the app is maximized.
