Research direction

Start by reproducing the issue in the gallery app or a WPF UI created with the Visual Studio extension, then toggle the overflow icon while observing the title bar. Done means the title bar text and icon remain in place when the navigation pane expands or collapses on Windows 11 with .NET 8.
