When the overflow, humburger icon at the top left of the application is pressed the title bar at the top jumps left or right
To Reproduce
Just open the gallery app, or create new wpf ui up with the VS extenstion and run it. This video shows the gallery app from the windows store:

Here, the "Wpf UI Gallery" text in the title bar jumps left and right. This is unexpected.
Expected behavior
The title bar, including both text and icon should stay in place when the navigation pane expaned or collapsed
