Describe the bug
I'm trying to use TimePicker but when I click on it nothing happens.
How is this control supposed to work?
It doesn't even work in the demo project, nothing happens when I click on it.
To Reproduce
Compile any version from 3.0.0 and try clicking on the TimePicker.
Expected behavior
When you click on the timepicker, it should allow you to enter the time, but nothing happens.
