Description
Is there anyway to differentiate when someone swipes to change the page vs when the index changes?
I am getting caught in a loop by changing the scroll position and that event emitting.

Research direction
Start by locating the onIndexChanged callback and the scroll-position update path in the component. Reproduce the loop described when changing the scroll position, then determine how swipe-driven and index-driven changes can be distinguished. Done means the two cases are distinguishable and changing the position no longer causes an unintended event loop.
