Research direction

Start by reproducing the flashing and overlapping pages on an Android 10 Huawei phone using react-native-swiper ^1.6.0-nightly.3, React Native 0.62.2, and react-navigation. Compare the behavior with the linked react-navigation issue; done means the screen no longer blinks and the current page does not show content from the previous page.
