Description

Which OS ?

iOS/Android

Version

Which versions are you using:

  • react-native-swiper v? "^1.5.14"
  • react-native v0.?.? "0.60.4"
Expected behaviour

When I try to swipe beyond end of swiper, even though there is no further pages to show, I should still see the content being dragged in the direction of finger movement to a certain extent. It will give the user feedback about action and will be good from UX point of view.
It is also called elastic or bouncing affect.

Actual behaviour

Currently if I reach end of swiper (last page) and try to swipe it further, I see no user action, no drag along finger movement. No interaction what so ever which doesn't feel very responsive.

Research direction

Start with an example in the examples folder and reproduce the behavior at the last swiper page on iOS or Android using react-native-swiper v1.5.14 with React Native 0.60.4. Trace the swiper's boundary gesture handling and determine the existing test or example path for verification. Done means swiping beyond the final page visibly drags or bounces to provide elastic feedback without showing another page.
