Observed behavior
Per discussion with Laura, when a community library channel is submitted multiple times, if other channels were submitted, the versions are separated and can be difficult to track:
New behavior
Submitted versions for the same channel should be grouped together, using an accordion.
User-facing consequences
easier to track and manage submission review

- navigate to: https://studio.learningequality.org/en/channels/#/my-channels?modal=NOTIFICATIONS
- observe that there are multiple version submissions for multiple channels, that are interspersed
