Unstable - No clear indication that there's an existing draft version, no draft version number

Observed behavior

If I am publishing a channel then I have a clear indication whether the channel has been published and a clear indication of which is the version of the channel. However when I am publishing a draft channel, all I see is the text 'Your channel will be saved..." and I don't have a draft version description field, and a Language drop-down. Also after I have published the draft I can see the shnackbar message but other than it, there's no clear indication what is the current status of the channel (like Draft published 1 hour ago).

Expected behavior

The user should have a clear indication which is the draft version and when it was made.

Steps to reproduce the issue

1. Sign in to Studio at Unstable with a new account
2. Create a new channel and publish it as a draft

Start by reproducing the draft publishing flow in Studio Unstable using the listed steps and inspect the channel publishing UI. Done means the interface clearly identifies the draft version and when it was made, including after publication; the issue does not name a file or test to run.
