Description

Hello,

I am experiencing an issue with uploading HTML5 ZIP files in Kolibri Studio.

I successfully uploaded one HTML5 package (exported from Articulate Rise) to a channel. However, after that, when I try to upload another HTML5 ZIP file, nothing happens when I click the upload button or when I drag and drop the file. There is no error message and no upload progress.

Please note that the ZIP file I am trying to upload is below the maximum allowed file size.

To troubleshoot, I have:

Cleared the browser cache and restarted the session

Tried a different browser

Created a new channel and attempted the upload there

Confirmed that uploading the first HTML5 ZIP still works in a new channel

The issue seems to occur only with the second HTML5 ZIP file: the upload does not start at all (no reaction on click or drag).

Could you please advise if there are known limitations or bugs related to uploading multiple HTML5 ZIP packages, or if my account/session might be affected?

Thank you very much for your support.

Research direction
