Allow non western numbers to be accepted while creating questions on studio.

Summary

At present the Content Curator/Translators are not able to add numbers apart from the western numbers on the answers section of the input answer type.

Marathi numbers are different from the western numbers, and the translators are not bale to add Marathi numbers as answers for the input type questions.

Note the Marathi numbers are allowed at all other palaces:
Questions, Hints, Answers (Single selection and Multiple Selection)

How to reproduce

1. Create an input type question.
2. Declare the answer in numbers such as Marathi or Arabic (Non western numbers)

Reproduce the issue in Studio by creating an input-type question and entering Marathi or other non-Western numerals in its answer field. Compare that validation with the Questions, Hints, and single- or multiple-selection answer fields; done means the input answer accepts the same numeral forms without regressing existing validation.
