Research direction

Start by reviewing the linked Slack discussion, then locate the side-navigation implementation and the existing “Help and Support” and “Give feedback” destinations. Done means the forum has its own navigation item, the user-docs link has clearer copy, and users can identify where to get support or submit an issue.
