Description
We are in the process of building new Kolibri modules that will follow the Kenyan Curriculum for teachers to use. We will be referencing existing content in Kolibri modules wherever we can (e.g. Khan Academy, PhET etc.). We also need to reference and link to other content on our server that we are not able to migrate to Kolibri. We are trying to do that by embedding http links directly to the server content in PDF documents. However, when we do that the links are disabled. Is there some way that we can integrate documents with direct links to other content into a Kolibri module? That seems like a very simple thing to enable, and it will greatly enhance our ability to use Kolibri to manage and track student activity.
Thanks, Mark K

Research direction
The request concerns PDF documents with embedded HTTP links used in Kolibri modules, but it names no files, tests, or entry points. Start by locating the document handling path and checking how embedded links are currently treated. Done should define and verify supported link behavior for module documents, including the stated need to reference server content and track student activity.
