Description
Desired behavior
When adding .vtt files in Kolibri Studio, I would like to be able to preview the captions and/or transcript to ensure accuracy.
Current behavior
When I upload a .vtt file, I then have to publish the channel and open it in Kolibri to see if the captions are working correctly.
Value add
This would save time when uploading videos, and would present the opportunity to find errors earlier in the content ingestion process.

Research direction
Start by tracing how Kolibri Studio handles uploaded .vtt files and how published channels are opened in Kolibri for verification. Define the preview behavior for captions and/or transcripts, including how accuracy can be checked before publishing, then verify it with an uploaded .vtt file.
