Observed behavior
Using Safari 13.1.3 (on Catalina 10.15.7) takes several minutes to load a single page on Hotfixes. The production site functions fine on the same browser so it should be investigated what is causing the significant performance issues.
Expected behavior
It should be possible to browser through Hotfixes on Safari 13.1.3 with normal speed.

- Using Safari 13.1.3 go to https://hotfixes.studio.learningequality.org/en/accounts/#/ and sign in
- Observe the page load speed
