Description

Observed behavior

Using Safari 13.1.3 (on Catalina 10.15.7) takes several minutes to load a single page on Hotfixes. The production site functions fine on the same browser so it should be investigated what is causing the significant performance issues.

Expected behavior

It should be possible to browser through Hotfixes on Safari 13.1.3 with normal speed.

Steps to reproduce the issue

  1. Using Safari 13.1.3 go to https://hotfixes.studio.learningequality.org/en/accounts/#/ and sign in
  2. Observe the page load speed

Research direction

Start by reproducing the slow page load at https://hotfixes.studio.learningequality.org/en/accounts/#/ with Safari 13.1.3 on Catalina 10.15.7, then compare it with the production site as described. Investigate the cause of the performance difference; done means browsing the Hotfixes site has normal speed in that Safari environment.
