Research direction
Reproduce the lag at https://studio.learningequality.org/ using the listed browsers and the reproduction steps. Start from the Clipboard icon and follow channel, topic, and subtopic expansion behavior, then identify the relevant frontend entry point and measure each expansion level. Done means expanding nested Clipboard items no longer shows noticeable lag without introducing console errors.
