Description
I started by bulk uploading pdfs and epubs, and refreshed when it looked like this:
After refreshing it looked like everything was done uploading (when it wasn't? couldn't tell)
And then I exited out of the edit modal and everything had errors despite there being no invalid fields when I opened the edit modal back up for one of them
Many of the resources that (I suspect) didn't finish uploading before refresh showed this in the previewer. When I uploaded this particular file again separately and let it finish uploading, I did not get this preview error
