Description
FTorch worked in various versions of CESM, including 2.1 and 2.2.2, but did not work on CAM 6.3 that the emulator is tested in. 6.4 was also tested and continued to present problems. Because FTorch must be brought to the latest version eventually, we want to bring FTorch into the latest development CAM and PUMAS.
