10.4.2: Clarify pipeline syntax

Description
In 10.4.2, the left and right pipeline syntaxes are not sufficiently explained. Unless you want every user to perform the experiments that I just did, you should state
<|is right associative|>is left associative|>has higher precedence than<|- both have lower precedence than ordinary function application with space [which is left associative]
