Make it clearer that the domain and definition item are related in quick jump, esp on mobile

Description
Especially on mobile, where you don't see the hover-background for the definition you're looking at, when you scroll, it can be hard to tell that a definition and the domain are related. Possibly add some border or alternating background or something like that. Or increase/decrease padding.
