Description
It would be great if opening the ToC menu on narrow screens would cause the rest of the page to get grayed out and disabled, to prevent accidental scrolling or clicks.
@jakobvase, what's the canonical way to do this?

Research direction
No files, tests, or entry points are named. Start by locating the mobile ToC implementation and checking how the page handles scrolling, clicks, and overlays on narrow screens. Done means the page is grayed out, cannot be scrolled or clicked while the ToC is open, and behaves normally after it closes.
