Setting the option profiler = true results in an error during lake build

Steps to Reproduce
lake new Test- Add the following to
lakefile.toml:
[leanOptions]
profiler = true
profiler.threshold = 1000
- run
lake build
This gives the error error: lakefile.toml:7:0: error: cannot redefine value key 'leanOptions.profiler'
