[lake] cannot redefine value key 'leanOptions.profiler'

Description

Setting the option profiler = true results in an error during lake build

Steps to Reproduce

1. lake new Test
2. Add the following to lakefile.toml:

[leanOptions]
profiler = true
profiler.threshold = 1000

3. run lake build

This gives the error error: lakefile.toml:7:0: error: cannot redefine value key 'leanOptions.profiler'

Reproduce the issue with the minimal lakefile.toml shown and run lake build. Trace how the [leanOptions] entries are parsed, then verify that profiler and profiler.threshold can coexist without the redefinition error.
