Description
Proposal
Users continue to injure themselves with lake update. Renaming it to upgrade-deps is both clearer as to what it does, and slightly scarier sounding.

Research direction
The proposal identifies the lake update command and requests renaming it to lake upgrade-deps, but it names no files, tests, or implementation entry points. First locate the command definition and its tests, then determine the full user-facing scope; done means the new command works and the old name is handled consistently.
