Description
Currently, the objects Context and TargetMachine are allocated and freed manually. It would be nice to make them lean_external_objects, so that they can be automatically freed by the Lean reference counting system.

Research direction
Start by locating the LLVM backend code that allocates and frees Context and TargetMachine, then inspect how Module is represented and managed. The change is complete when these objects use lean_external_object ownership and the existing manual cleanup paths are no longer needed.
